You can be rest assured that our COVID-secure policies are industry-leading and British Safety Council accredited. So, whether you’re currently looking to buy a new MHRF home or are already settled in, here’s how we’re keeping things moving safely.
Looking for a MHRF home?
To help keep our Sales Offices and Show Homes a safe place to visit, we ask that you delay your appointment if you, or anyone in your household:
- have COVID-19 or any symptoms
- are awaiting COVID-19 test results
- are self-isolating or quarantining
- feel unwell
If you develop symptoms or need to self-isolate prior to your appointment, please contact us and we will rearrange when it is convenient to do so, or we will change to a virtual appointment.
Only 2 people should attend per appointment and face coverings are now optional within our Sales Offices, so please let us know if you’d like us to wear one.

How to contact us
As our Customer Care teams are working from home, our phone lines remain closed. To log a new issue, please use the online contact form. This can be found on the Get in Touch box on this page. Please then click on the grey box titled ‘Issue not listed’. We will endeavour to respond to you within four working days.
If your contact relates to an issue requiring emergency assistance (eg total loss of heating or hot water), please clearly explain this within the ‘Tell us More’ section.
Should you have an emergency situation outside of normal office hours (between 5pm and 9am weekdays or at the weekend), please telephone 0345 601 6084. This telephone line will not be operational during normal office hours.
