Maroof Adeoye
Founder, Executive Chairman
A Nigerian Social Entrepreneur, residing in the UK for more than 40 years with strong ties to his home country. He is an author and Business and Management Consultant by profession. Maroof is the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of Maroof Group of Companies both in Nigeria and UK. Maroof most dominant characteristics are his energy and passion for sustainable development in Food, Clothing and Housing. Maroof has more than 10 years’ experience of managing an estate agent in the UK. His aptitude for property development began at his earlier age, after buying his first property in the UK in 1991. In 1992, he leased and demolished a house at Eyin Iga Oba, Isale-Eko, Lagos and rebuilt it into five shops and 3 bedroom self-contained flat. Maroof has held key management positions in Corporate, Faith, Education, Social Enterprise and Charitable organisations in the UK since 1987. Maroof has a strong academic background and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1993 from London South Bank University. He is also a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) with Diploma in Charity Accounting (DChA). Maroof is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) MNIM and a fellow of the Association of Charity Independent Examiners (FCIE). Maroof has participated in so many management and developmental programmes, including Cambridge University Judge Business School Africa Business Network `Breaking Myths About Success’ and World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) in London, Dubai and Malaysia. Maroof has travelled wide across the globe exploring countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and more. Maroof is an expert and seasoned consultant in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Management. Maroof’s wealth of experience over 35 years in various fields of his specialism in both corporate and civil society organisations will enhance the development of the project profitably.
Mr. Mukaila Adisa
Chairman Co-ordinating Team
Mr. Mukaila Adisa is a politician and served as Hon Counselor 1990-1993 in Ibadan South East Local Government after which Mr Adisa relocated to United Kingdom in 1993. Mr Adisa worked in the UK health sector for over 10 years before relocating to Nigeria and rejoin politics where he left it. Mr Adisa was the Founder and CEO of Tunma International Company and Ayilola Golden Heritage International Company when he resided in the UK. Mr Adisa is presently the Chairman of the MHRF Co-ordinating Team.
TPL Ogeroju Lateef Abolade (MNITP, TOPREC)
Deputy Chairman Co-ordinating Team
TPL Ogeroju Lateef Abolade MNITP, TOPREC, Director of town planning, Oyo State Ministry of Lands Housing and Urban Development (MHR) Oyo State Local Government Service Commission. He serves as the Director of physical planning and site development. Mr Ogeroju is the Site officer (Rabi Wuyi Farm). Mr Ogeroju is responsible for the Mapping and planning of MHRF site and Deputy Chairman of MHRF Co-ordinating Team. Mr Ogeroju hold HND at Ibadan PolyFTP - Ibadan Poly, MPP - University of Ibadan. MNITP, TOPREC. Mr Ogeroju enjoy travelling, reading, creativity and innovation.
Mr. Adeleke Omotoso

Mr. Adeleke Omotoso holds a Master Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Sydney and a Master Degree in Agricultural and Rural Development from Middlesex University London. He has over 25 years’ experience in Agricultural and Rural Development, Sustainable Environmental Management, Strategic and Statutory Development Planning in economies of Nigeria, United Kingdom and Australia. He has core skills in Urban Development and Control, Master Planning, Infrastructure Planning, Environmental Management and Conservation. Adeleke is an astute Urban Planner who has delivered unexpected outcomes from several contentious development project proposals in Nigeria, UK and Australia.
